About
Stavros Charitakis was born in Heraklion, Crete, Greece. He received his BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia, at Thessaloniki in 2014 and his MSc in Informatics & Multimedia from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete in 2017. In the past, he has worked as a Junior Analyst / Software Engineer (internship) and as a Senior Web Developer. Since 2016 he is a member of Natural Interaction Research Team (NIRTeam) and research assistant at Natural Interactive Learning Edification Games Laboratory (NiLe-lab). His current research interests are in the areas of Serious Games & platforms, Game-based learning, Educational Virtual environments / ecosystems.
