Game-Hub is a platform for game sharing and customizing. Using this platform, and underlying technologies, game developers can create games with customizable content, including text, multimedia, graphics, 3D objects, etc, and give access to educators and students.
Educators on the other hand may use this platform to create custom content for the aforementioned games, and provide their students with a new experience, tailored to their current educational needs.
Game developers are offered a technical interface where they can declare their game elements that will be adaptable. Thus, Game-Hub does not intervene in the game creation process. All aspects, from design to implementation, are up to the game creators. Game-Hub provides the necessary technical language and infrastructure to communicate and store custom content.
This technical interface is then used, in an automated way, to create a web page, through the customization of forms, for each game submitted to the Game-Hub. This page can be used by educators, already familiar with the game, to add the content that they wish to expose their pupils to.
Finally, students use a token to access the modified version of the game, which loads the custom content, at run time, from the Game-Hub servers.
Educators of all levels of education.
