Antonios Stamatakis, born in 1976, received his Diploma in Computer Science from Computer Science Department, University of Crete in 2000, M.Sc. in Information Systems and Software Engineering, Computer Science Department, University of Crete in 2003. M.Sc. Thesis has title “Development of a learning tool for Greek Braille for visually impaired”. His current research interests are in the areas of HCI, N.U.I., Serious Games & applications, Games-based learning, Educational environments / ecosystems, distance learning. He is a member of Natural Interactive Learning Games and Environments Lab (NILE gamelab). From 2005 to 2017 worked as part time teaching staff in Technological Educational Institute of Crete and was supervisor in many Diploma Theses in his research area interests.
